Buy your beer in style at the \u201cMushroom\u201d<\/h4>\n

Until today beer can be bought from the \u201cPilz\u201d (mushroom) at Richardplatz. The small art nouveau building – the so-called \u201cTrinkhalle\u201d, a refreshment stand – together with the public restrooms at Maybachufer and in Elbestrasse are the smallest buildings designed by the architect and government building officer for Neuk\u00f6lln, Reinhold Kiehl; they all were constructed around 1910. Far more important buildings by Kiehl are the municipal bath, the Neuk\u00f6lln city hall and the Exhibition Gallery in K\u00f6rnerpark.
